How old do you have to be to stay at Essence Suites?

Both occupants must be at least 21 years old with one form of identification driver's license or state id. No exceptions.

I would like to surprise my significant other with a special arrangement for gifts. Can I set up an earlier check-in time?

Sure. Early check-in and late check-out are both available for an extra charge. Contact us for details.

Can we bring pets?

No pets.

What about our kids?

No children.

How do I reserve one of the suites?

Easy! Book online or call us at (708) 403-3300, and one of our staff members will be happy to take your reservation. A credit card or cash is required to reserve a suite. All major credit cards are accepted. 

Do you offer short stays?

Absolutely. Short stays are available 7 days a week. From Sunday to Thursday, short stays are available 24 hours a day. On Friday and Saturday, short stays are available noon-4pm.

Can I bring a CD or DVD player into the suite?

No need! All of our suites feature entertainment systems with a DVD player, as well as a TV and Sound Bar All you need to do is bring along your favorite and DVDs.

Can we have more than 2 people in the room?

No. Our suites are for couples only.

Do you stock the wet bar?

We don’t carry a liquor license, so we do not stock the wet bar. However, if you provide us with the beverages before you check-in, we would be more than happy to stock the wet bar for you.

Can we buy alcohol from you?

No we don’t provide alcohol. We do however have sparkling cider as well as wine glasses available in the rooms or for purchase.

Is bluetooth available?

Yes we do have bluetooth Sound Bar

Can we watch X-rated channels?

No we don’t stream those.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to the time of arrival or a $100 cancellation fee will apply. If you do not call to cancel the reservation within 48 hours prior to the time of arrival or do not show up, we will charge your credit card the full amount.

Guest privacy is very important to Essence Suites. The Essence Suites will not grant any request for guest information.

Business Terms & Conditions

Essence Suites operates as a private club. The purchase of an annual membership is required. This allows Essence Suites to help create the perfect sanctuary for romance and relaxation. Our low annual membership fee of only $25 permits members to make reservations here and obtain concession offers, as well as complimentary gifts when celebrating a special occasion.

Availability and reservations of rooms is not available via email.

Essence Suites is located at 14455 S. La Grange Rd (US 45), in the heart of Orland Park, Illinois. Conveniently located just minutes from I-80, I-57, & I-55, as well as Orland Park Mall.
From I-80, exit La Grange Road (US 45) north, and we are located 4 miles on your right.
From I-55, exit La Grange Road (US 45) south, and we are located 9 miles on your left.
From I-57 to I-80 west, exit La Grange Road (US 45) north, and we are located 4 miles on your right.

Deposit Policy

A deposit of full payment is required to secure your reservation. We will run the authorization 48 hours prior to the day for the weekend and 48 hours prior to the day for a week day. If you do not call to cancel the reservation within 24 hours prior to the time of arrival or do not show up, we will charge your credit card the full amount. All major credit cards are accepted.
