How old do you have to be to stay at The Essence Suites?

Both occupants must be at least 21 years old with two forms of identification. No Exceptions.

I would like to surprise my wife with a special arrangement for gifts, so can I set up earlier than check in time?

Sure. Early check-in and late check-out are both available for an extra charge. Contact us for details.

We have no one to watch our pets for the evening can we bring them along?

No pets. No children. Not in the suites. Not now. Not anytime.

How do I make reserve one of the suites?

Very easily, actually. Please call us at (708) 403-3300 and one of our staff members will be happy to take your reservation. A major credit card or cash is required to reserve a suite. All major credit cards are accepted. Availability and reservations of rooms is not available via email or the Internet.

Do you have short stays available?

Absolutely. Short stays are available 7 days a week. Sunday through Thursday, short stays are available 24 hours a day and on Friday and Saturday, short stays are available Noon-4 P.M. or 1 P.M.-5 P.M.

Can I bring a CD or DVD player into the suite?

There's no need to. All our suites feature a state of the art entertainment system with a DVD and CD player as well as a TV and Tuner. Sybaris. You just bring the CDs or videos.

Can we have more than 2 people in the room?

Our suites are for couples only.

Do you stock the wet bar?

We don't carry a liquor license, so we aren't allowed to. However, if you provide us with the beverages before you check in, we would be more than happy to stock the wet bar for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the night of arrival or a $50 same day cancellation charge will apply. If you do not call to cancel the reservation (within 24 hours prior to the night of arrival) or do not show up, we will charge your credit card the full amount.

Guest privacy is very important to the Essence Suites. The Essence Suites will not grant any request for guest information.
